The “secret” of the Gugelhupf Maker
Our Gugelhupf Maker is unique because of its patented baking channel that you fill with water before putting the cake mould and dough in the oven. Even evaporation during baking causes a layer of moisture to form on the cake itself, which combined with the heat-retaining ceramic, achieves the best results.
