Celtic Bowl
Coburg
is rich in Celtic history. The Celts were outstanding ceramicists and
worshipped fire, which is why we called our fireproof cookware Celtic
Bowl.
The Celtic Bowl, made from glazed CeraFlam® ceramic, is
made for cooking and frying on an open fire. It can be used on charcoal
or gas BBQs, braziers or on the Denk CosyRoast, as well as in the oven.
The Celtic Bowl likes it hot and fiery
Tip: salads, desserts and more can be served up in the Celtic Bowl.
Cooking with the Celtic Bowl is simple and delicious
Position
the Celtic Bowl directly over the flame. You do not have to dampen the
Celtic Bowl first. After a few minutes, the ceramic will be hot and you
can start cooking.
The special glaze means that you do not have
to use any fat for frying with the Celtic Bowl. Not only is this
healthier, it also gives off a much more intense aroma.
The
Celtic Bowl has been tested and proven to be food-safe. Unlike metal
cookware, there is no flavour-altering oxidation with CeraFlam. With the
Celtic Bowl, you simply enjoy the pure, unadulterated flavour of the
ingredients.
Once your meal is ready, you can serve it straight
to the table in the Celtic Bowl. The Celtic Bowl stores enormous amounts
of heat so your food will stay hot for a long time.
Easy to clean
Wash
the Celtic Bowl in the dishwasher or by hand with a brush and
washing-up liquid. For stubborn, dried-on food, just use bicarbonate of
soda / baking power. Depending on intensity and duration of use, traces
of smoke and BBQ residue can burn onto the ceramic. These traces of use
are part of the Celtic Bowl and proof of great culinary experiences.
