Specially developed for recipes with up to 800 g of flour, this high-quality ceramic baker ensures perfect baking results thanks to its special shape and material. The raised rim optimally absorbs the heat and gently transfers it to the baked goods, resulting in an evenly baked yet moist crumb. The water channel integrated in the lid creates a moisture vapour that ensures a particularly crispy crust.

Tips for optimum use:

  •  Place the loaf baker on the lowest rack of your oven and ideally use top/bottom heat for best results.
  • Sticky doughs can be lightly dusted with flour to ensure easy removal of the bread.
  • The use of baking paper is recommended for particularly moist doughs.
  • To avoid soaking, you should preheat the loaf tin with baking paper for 10 minutes. Alternatively, the tin can also be greased, which will result in a natural patina on the ceramic over time.
  • Allow the bread to cool completely in the tin before removing it to preserve the structure and prevent it from sticking.
