A patent application is a long, drawn-out process. The Patent Office has been going over our application with a fine-toothed comb for almost four years and our patent no. 102009044827 has now been granted. This means that our baking dishes are unique throughout the world. Your baking results will be the same as if you had used a professional wooden oven. Our customers’ practical experience is more important than any theory and we already have a few thousand satisfied customers.
BREAD&CAKE XL - THE PATENTED BAKING DISH
Make recipes using up to 1,500g flour with our XL baking dish. The finished bread will weigh up to 3,500g, which is easily enough to fill up even a large family. But Bread&Cake XL can do even more than bake wonderful bread. The baking dish is equally good for pizza and cake, where results can be compared with a professional, wood-fired oven. But don’t worry, it’s all still simple and uncomplicated.

Our cake mould makes baking fun and easy. Targeted evaporation from the water channel ensures that your cake stays moist on the inside and prevents the crust from burning. The glazed CeraFlam® ceramic stores heat from the oven and bakes the dough evenly all the way through.
