Denk - 15-year material guarantee
For our ceramics of the brands CeraNatur®, CeraLava® and Granicium® we grant a warranty of 15 years in the European Union and in Switzerland on damages caused by weather influences.
Damage caused by mechanical impact, thermal shock or ice pressure is excluded from this guarantee. Damage due to ice pressure occurs when water freezes in a vessel and the pressure destroys the ceramic.
Assertion of the warranty claim
The warranty period begins on the date of the proof of purchase. The warranty claim must be made in writing or by e-mail within 14 days of the expiry of the warranty period. In order to comply with the warranty period, timely notification of the warranty claim in writing or by e-mail to:

Proof of the warranty case
As proof of the guarantee case, the sending of a meaningful photo of the damaged product in printed or digital form is required. In addition, the proof of purchase must be sent. If it is necessary to inspect the damaged product, we will send a return label. The product will then be securely packed by the customer and sent to us at our expense.
Consequence of the warranty claim
This warranty statement extends your statutory warranty rights in the event of defects and can be claimed independently of existing warranty rights. The use of our guarantee is free of charge for you. In the case of justified warranty claims, we will replace the goods and send you a new product. If this is not possible for certain reasons, we will send a product of the same type.
